  • Ample Space for Comfort - suitable for 4 to 6 people, with a maximum capacity of 8 guests (including 2 children).

On the Ground Floor:

  • Bright breakfast and living area with wooden ceilings and a cozy tiled stove.

  • Small Tyrolean living room with TV and tiled stove - perfect for relaxation.

  • Fully equipped kitchen with dining table for shared cooking moments.

  • Spacious entrance area with wardrobe, shoe cabinet, and access to the ski cellar.

  • Ski cellar featuring a boot dryer, seating area, and an additional WC.

  • Small terrace with seating and a breathtaking view of the Gaislachkogel.

On the Upper Floor:

  • 1 double room with box-spring bed, TV, spacious wardrobe, and private shower.

  • 1 pine double room in traditional Tyrolean style.

  • 2 single rooms - each with the option for a second sleeping arrangement (child), one with a washbasin and the other with a cozy seating area.

  • Modern shared bathroom with barrier-free shower, double sink, and towel warmer.
